Diane G Hill
I have always loved art and nature and over the years I have found peace in the forest and mountains and meadows. Wildlife and birds have always fascinated me.
I obtained an Associates Degree in Art and then went on to get a BA in Interior Design at Brigham Young University.
After many years, retired from Design and decided to start using my drawing and art skills. Botanical Printing caught my attention and I made several prints from using real leaves. It is a process of using a mordant on the watercolor paper to pull the tangent color from the leaves. All paintings are varnished and sealed with cold wax.
I painted birds, butterflies, wildlife and scenes with water color, gouache and or acrylics. Each painting is a unique work of art.
